About the CEO.

Paola Bayron is a mama, four-time Emmy award winning journalist, mental health advocate, medium, podcast host for “The Inner Puzzle” and founder of Inner Puzzle Management.

She has been working in broadcast media since the age of 19. She jumpstarted her career working for the American Spanish-language television network, owned by NBC Universal, Telemundo and then soon after, she worked at the country’s largest Spanish content provider, Univision. During the pandemic, she was offered to return to Telemundo as a producer, and that was the last position she held before leaving the news industry. She most recently worked as a teacher to high school students and is now working as a registered behavior technician. She is currently in graduate school striving to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst amongst the other roles she pursues.

Paola’s earliest memory of her mediumship was at age 11 when she began experiencing psychic predictions and communicating with those who have crossed over. She is a gifted and intuitive medium renowned for her unique ability to bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual worlds, offering insightful guidance and healing to those seeking clarity and comfort.

She openly speaks on her experience with mental health, her story about motherhood and postpartum depression, her spiritual awakening, how her focus and drive for her career has shifted over the years as a young professional, and most importantly, she shares her testimony on rising from the dust, even through her darkest times.
